Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ECOMPLLC with a principal place of business at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 19875, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, vehicle manufacturer, or boat manufacturer.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of any of the above.

Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 11, 2026 and ends at 3:00:00 p.m. ET on July 4, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning.

(A) Online Entry with Purchase. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.patriotshop.com and complete a qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will earn the entrant one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

(B) Free Alternate Method of Entry, No Purchase Necessary. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the words "PatriotShop Truck & Boat Giveaway Entry" on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper first-class postage to:

Limit: one (1) free entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2026 and received no later than July 3, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries, illegible entries, or entries from entry services are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, or incomplete mail.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the winner's choice of one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:

Option A: Truck & Boat Package

• One (1) 2026 Ford F-150 King Ranch 4x4 SuperCrew truck, fully equipped with 3.5L PowerBoost Full Hybrid V6 engine, Max Trailer Tow Package, multicontour leather bucket seats with Active Motion, BlueCruise hands-free driver-assist, B&O Unleashed premium sound system, twin-panel panoramic moonroof, 22" premium wheels, and Pro Access Tailgate. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $82,500.
• One (1) 2026 Bayliner V20 Bowrider boat powered by a Mercury 175 hp ProXS V-6 outboard, with 9" Simrad display, Bimini top, bow and cockpit covers, stainless steel upgrades, premium two-tone hull, and matching galvanized tandem-axle trailer. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $67,500.
• Total ARV of Option A: $150,000.

Option B: Cash

A one-time payment of One Hundred Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($150,000.00 USD), paid by check or ACH at Sponsor's discretion.

Selection of Option. The Grand Prize Winner must select Option A or Option B in writing within seven (7) days of being notified. If no selection is made within that period, Option B (cash) will be awarded by default.

If Option A is selected, the Winner is responsible for all taxes (federal, state, and local), title, registration, license fees, insurance, dealer fees, freight, fuel, and any other costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle and boat. Vehicle and boat will be delivered to the dealer of Sponsor's choice nearest to Winner's residence; travel to and from the delivery location is the Winner's sole responsibility. Vehicle and boat are awarded "AS IS" with only those warranties, if any, provided by the manufacturer. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, express or implied. Winner must possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and any required boating license/registration prior to taking delivery.

If Option B is selected, the cash prize will be paid in a lump sum to the Winner via check or ACH within thirty (30) days of receipt of all required, signed eligibility documents.

Tax Reporting. Regardless of which option is selected, the prize is taxable income to the Winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the full ARV (Option A) or cash amount (Option B) to the Winner and the Internal Revenue Service. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of Option A by Winner is permitted, except that Winner may elect Option B in lieu of Option A as set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on July 4, 2026 at approximately 4:00 p.m. ET, immediately following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be announced publicly the evening of July 4, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential Winner will also be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential Winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, fails to return required documents within the stated time period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. A maximum of three (3) alternate selections will be made, after which the prize will go unawarded. The public announcement of any potential Winner is contingent upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the Winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, hometown, state, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, manufacturers of the truck and boat, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries (including death), or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or operation of the prize; or (iii) any travel related to the Sweepstakes or the prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, or stolen entries or mail; technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or injury or damage to any person's computer, mobile device, or property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual involved in such activity and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the disruption.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that:

(a) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

(b) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorneys' fees or any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages be awarded.

(c) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

(d) All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.patriotshop.com/privacy. By entering, each entrant consents to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in that policy.

12. Winner's List

For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, available after July 11, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received by December 31, 2026. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
